Q: Do you deliver to P.O. boxes, Parcel Lockers, PMB's, RMB's or Locked Bags?

Sadly no, our carrier cannot deliver to P.O. boxes,Parcel Lockers, PMB's, RMB's or Locked Bags.

Q: Do your advertised prices include GST?

Yes, all displayed prices are GST inclusive.

Q: What are your payment options?

Accepted payment methods are Paypal, Direct Deposit or credit card.

The advertised image is only representive of the product. There are many models for every item, so looks may vary in size and colour. But the product itself, will always perform as advertised.

Q: I have my own account with another freight carrier, can I use this with Mining Pump Services?

Unfortunately no, we only ship via our freight accounts.

Q: Can I collect my order in person?

Unfortunately no, we are strictly online only.

Q: Do I have to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

It is preferred, but not essential. But if you are not at the address on the delivery date to sign for the item, a card from the freight company will be left containing the details to contact them and arrange for pick up or re-delivery. Mining Pump Services is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery due to the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery date. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no, not at this stage.

Q: How long will it take for my items to be dispatched?

In general, as long as the product is in stock it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days following receipt of payment. Unless your order is one that has to be assembled then the wait time 8-9 working days including delivery time. You will be advised of any delay.

Q: How long before my order arrives?

Estimated delivery dates will be on the confirmation notice.

Q: How much is delivery?

Delivery is free, to anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Times

All in stock items are dispatched 2-3 working days and non-stocked items & production built items are dispatched 8-9 working days directly to you from the manufacturer. This saves time and money. You won’t receive your fully insured items any quicker way.
